Polfärskt
Polfärskt (pole fresh, in reference to the northern origins of the bread) is a natural, additive-free method for sustaining bread freshness by freezing it right as it comes out of the oven. The bread is then distributed to the stores while frozen.
There was a need to communicate this to consumers, who often percieved the bread as being frozen because it was not fresh, rather than the opposite.
The result is an interactive film that in a simple and accessible way shows how the pole fresh method works, with more in-depth information available within each area.
